OVERCOMING IN A PLACE OF FEAR

Fear wears many faces and mask and it creates personalities that are formed

to protect and even be a cover up for what is not made visible. Fear involves the avoidance of confrontation. Fear will keep you silent or fear will make you way too loud.

“Fear my cause a person to display an outward appearance that would seem to be bold to cover up the inward insecurity that they refuse to allow to be seen.”

There are some examples below that could be behind

a bold appearance in the natural which is really masking a deeply rooted fear.

Fear is an interesting place and almost all us have some type of fears.

A person may say I am not passive and then  be vocal about everything when in

reality it is fear speaking trying control everything around them so they feel safe.

So often control is a way to manipulate situations where someone

is not comfortable with their surroundings or a place that requires trusting someone else and depending on them rather than themselves.

I think God places us in circumstances where we have opportunities grow out of fear and control and we can learn to trust Him for everything.

When we trust Him, trusting people is never an issue.

We know GOD is the only one who really is in control of anything.

And that is a good thing. I would rather trust my life to GOD than anybody I know.

One way, fear can manifest is to keep the person from being honest with themselves about how they feel about themselves.

Fear of self, fear of failure, fear of not measuring up

is a fear that comes by comparing ourselves to others and not appreciating who we are.

It is deceptive because it blocks us from looking at ourselves in honesty and transparency and creates a fabricated personality to cope with the fear.

Fear involves looking back into the past to a time we may have been successful or accepted.

This becomes a false comforter

because in our present circumstances we are not recognized as such.

The results are we feel inadequate

or we feel like we have missed the mark or messed up our lives.

It becomes the torment of wasted years.

The need for the approval of others is a form of an approval of ourselves.

This need is a lack of identity.

We can become an actor or actress to please others

and find fulfillment through what they believe about us,

instead of accepting of ourselves for who we are.

Fear comes when we want to be seen by others in a positive way that is out of balance.

Often we think if we are accepted by people

and especially the ones we desire their approval from the most,

it will mean we are OK as a person.

This makes us feel better about ourselves.

But this is a false acceptance because it will only last as long as that person approves of us.

Peoples thoughts about us are subject to what they allow into their own belief system,

which may be true or may be false about how they define who you are.

A faulty belief system about who someone is should not be the basis for how we see ourselves.

People are not infallible.

Jesus said I trust myself to no one but My Father because I know what is in mankind.

If we place a person’s approval of us over God’s, it is call idolatry.

And God will tear down the relationship because He will have no idols before Himself.

The fear of rejection produces idols of the heart

so that we behave in ways that pleases the one we want to have their approval.

God rejects this relationship.

That is why this kind of fear creates idolatry of the person we are so wanting to please.

We are forgetting to seek God’s approval first.

God’s approval is what really matters.

God defines who we are and not people.

The person we hold in idolatry is usually someone we perceive as a bold person,

the one we ourselves would want to imitate.

This is why the need for that person’s acceptance is way too important.

We often see people we admire too much,  as the ones whose opinion of us is the one

we allow to define us and we put on a pedestal.

This is when  a fabricated personality can come in as a spirit to make us something we are not

to the person we are wanting to impress.

This is a sprit seeking approval coming out of a need to be loved.

We are hoping that person we admire approves of us so we can feel good about ourselves.

The boldness we operate in then is not a true boldness in the LORD.

It is manufactured by that  persons own insecurity so as to be known as

someone who is not insecure.

It is a form of occultism because it is hiding the real thing, which is occulted or hidden and

the real person is not visible… even to themselves.

Often it is easy to be loud, outgoing, have an opinion on everything, look the part on the outside but be completely insecure on the inside.

The heart is what God sees. Success in the natural can be total failure in God’s eyes.

It is who you are on the inside that manifest outwardly that matters

and is a true indication of how secure you are in God.

This is where true identity is found.

It is the indwelling Christ Himself living in us and

coming forth through us that produces fruit in the Kingdom of God.

This is the only personality that is acceptable to God.

So how does one overcome the stronghold of fear with all its mindsets and deception?

It is when the person feels comfortable in their own skin.

When they know their uniqueness is priceless.

They understand fear is the diabolical plan of the enemy

to destroy their belief system in knowing who God created them to be…

And so they tear it down and become the person God intended them to be.

Fear is sent from the enemy to keep them from seeing themselves as an original creation

made by GOD Himself …for GOD  Himself to enjoy.

The fear that is being experienced is only there to create the fabricated personality

that hides the real person from ever being seen.

Satan does this to try and hurt GOD, so God doesn’t get what He wanted when He created you.

It is Satan’s plan to keep the person from ever experiencing their real self.

Who you really are was a thought and a picture in God’s heart

before you were ever born in the natural.

He created you for Himself and wants you  to became part of the magnificent family of God.

God created you to know Him as FATHER and to experience the FATHER HEART OF  GOD

GOD wants many children made in His image…

and the image of His Son, Jesus.

GOD  would say to you most precious son or daughter,

Start being the you I created,

Fear is the smoke screen that keeps you looking at what you don’t have

instead of who you could be and God wants you to become.

It is fear that keeps God from being Himself through you.

God wants you to be an incredible expression of Himself through your own uniqueness.

Be a statement in the earth. Demonstrate truth from within that cannot be duplicated.

Be a vehicle of expression of who you are and who He is in you.

God is calling those positioned, but don’t believe it, that would have to wait

till Heaven to prove it…

So fear not, from the inside out.

Renew your mind to be fearless in God

and overcome everything else that would prohibit it from happening...:0)

This statement is meant for you to say and believe with all your heart:

I can do all things in Christ and Christ can do all things through me.
